Starfield Drops New Content, Creations, Mod Kit, and Shattered Space Trailer

During the Xbox Game Showcase 2024, Bethesda Game Studios premiered the first trailer for the story-driven DLC Shattered Space. Here's the official blurb on the expansion:

A mysterious power stirs in the city of Dazra on House Va'Ruun's hidden homeworld. Investigate a frightening cosmic threat, explore a new planet, and find unique weapons, spacesuits, and gear in this all-new adventure.

Moreover, the developers also unveiled that new content is dropping with an update due later today: new locations, new gear, and new bounties. Additionally, as previously rumored, Starfield Creations (mods) from Bethesda and from community creators are going live, and the mod kit is being released as well.

There's still no release date for Shattered Space, but it will be released this year on PC and Xbox Series S|X.
