In early June, Sony offered some “bonus” titles for PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers, but we’re also getting a regular mid-month update as well. Extra subscribers can look forward to Monster Hunter Rise, Crusader Kings III, Football Manager 2024, Far Cry 4, and more. Meanwhile, Premium subscribers can jump into Daxter, Lego Star Wars II, and more.

Here are your PS Plus Extra headliners for June

Monster Hunter Rise (PS4, PS5)

From Wccftech’s review – “Once players get past the poor onboarding experience, Monster Hunter Rise might offer the series' best entry for first time players while series veterans will fly over the competition with the new Wirebug mechanics. The ways that Capcom has streamlined the onboarding and pre-hunt experiences to give players more time to focus on the actual hunt itself show that Capcom wants to respect the player's time, especially when they're trying to get three friends together for an afternoon of hunting.”

Crusader Kings III (PS5)

From Wccftech’s review – “Crusader Kings III pulls off a difficult dual victory, bringing a new level of depth, charm, and polish to the franchise, while also making it far more approachable than it’s been before. Some aspects of Crusader Kings III still aren’t as user-friendly as they could be, but overall, this is a worthy heir to the throne.”
