The rumored RTX 50 Super series is likely to be released in the first half of 2026, according to the latest report, but it could be either Q1 or Q2.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 SUPER Cards Expected to Arrive Late Q1 or Early Q2 2026, But Not at CES
The recent reports on the launch of the RTX 50 Super series indicate what we previously reported. While NVIDIA isn't expected to release the RTX 50 Super cards at CES 2026, which occurs at the beginning of January, the company is rumored to launch them a bit later instead. According to a report by Benchlife, NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 50 SUPER series is expected to arrive by the end of the first Quarter of 2026 or in the early Q2.
The expected arrival time frame is between March and May 2026. However, NVIDIA's board partners haven't been notified of the release of the RTX 50 Super series. So, you should definitely take this report with a grain of salt. Still, this report coincides with previous rumors that even though NVIDIA won't be releasing the Super series at CES, these cards do exist, as we saw recently on the Seasonic PSU Calculator, and @Kopite7Kimi also reported the same several months ago.
The GeForce RTX 50 Super series graphics card, which was originally expected to debut in January, is likely to be launched in the first quarter to the second quarter of 2026. It is likely to be between 3 – May instead of CES 2026 (Machine Translated)

The Super series is expected to debut higher memory variants of the existing 70 and 80-class GPUs. This includes the GeForce RTX 5070, RTX 5070 Ti, and RTX 5080. We don't know if NVIDIA will also debut RTX 5060 Super Series, but the 60-class cards need higher VRAM more than the 70 and 80-class cards. The RTX 5090 already offers a massive 32 GB of VRAM capacity. So, it's useless to deploy 3 GB GDDR7 modules on it. So, it's safe to say that we are most likely going to see mid-range and upper-mid range cards with higher memory capacities.
In the previous leak, we saw both GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Super and RTX 5070 Super listed on Seasonic PSU calculator. The specifications confirmed a higher TDP, and these will offer 50% more VRAM than the non-Super variants, i.e., expect the RTX 5070 Super to get 18 GB and RTX 5070 Ti Super with 24 GB VRAM capacity.
