The weekly NVIDIA DLSS update reveals that three games are getting Frame Generation support in the next couple of days. One of them is NARAKA: BLADEPOINT, the highly popular free-to-play melee Battle Royale game made by 24 Entertainment.

NARAKA: BLADEPOINT already supports NVIDIA DLSS Super Resolution (since April 2021) and NVIDIA Reflex. With the addition of Frame Generation, landing with an update scheduled for Thursday, October 19th, GeForce RTX 40 owners can expect even greater levels of performance in the game made with the Unity engine. The development team previously told Wccftech they planned to add ray tracing to NARAKA: BLADEPOINT, but it seems that time hasn't arrived yet.

Fatshark's Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is also getting the NVIDIA DLSS 3 treatment thanks to a title update scheduled on the same day. While Fatshark may be now focused on Warhammer 40K: Darktide (which received a major update earlier this month to coincide with the Xbox Series S|X launch), Vermintide 2 is still far from abandoned. On November 19th, the Swedish developer is planning to launch the fourth career available to Sienna Fuegonasus: the Necromancer class. Vermintide 2 runs on AutoDesk Stingray, the same (albeit older) engine as Darktide, which had DLSS Frame Generation support at launch.

The third game to get NVIDIA DLSS 3 support is Slender: The Arrival. While the horror game originally launched a long time ago, the free 10th anniversary update due tomorrow will massively boost the game's visuals thanks to the switch to Unreal Engine 5.2. According to NVIDIA, Deep Learning Super Sampling can boost the game's frame rates by up to 2.8X on average at 4K resolution as shown in the below slide.

In two days, AirportSim and HOT WHEELS UNLEASHED 2 - Turbocharged will also make their debuts with DLSS 2 (Super Resolution) integration.

Today, NVIDIA released a new GeForce Game Ready driver (version 545.84) optimized for the aforementioned DLSS 3 updates coming to NARAKA: BLADEPOINT and Warhammer: Vermintide 2. The driver also adds one-click settings optimization through GeForce Experience for the following games:

Last but not least, NVIDIA also updated RTX Video Super Resolution to version 1.5. You may read more about that here.
