Starting with the Dell lineup, the company will offer upgrades across its full range of XPS laptops The Dell XPS 13 and XPS 14 laptops will come with a sleeker body but feature the normal Intel Core CPU SKUs (Raptor Lake Refresh) and NVIDIA RTX GPUs. The higher-end XPS 16 is what will be getting the Meteor Lake treatment along with NVIDIA RTX 40 GPUs. So the lineup should look like the following:

  • Dell XPS 13 (Raptor Lake Refresh w/ NVIDIA RTX GPUs)
  • Dell XPS 14 (Raptor Lake Refresh w/ NVIDIA RTX GPUs)
  • Dell XPS 16 (Meteor Lake Core Ultra w/ NVIDIA RTX 40)

Moving onward, we have the Alienware lineup which will include m16 R2, m18 R2, and the x16 R2. The Alienware m16 R2 will be equipped with Intel's Core Ultra "Meteor Lake-H" CPUs with an RTX GPU, an updated chassis with better cooling, and feature the new Stealth mode which is a preset that tones down the RGB, Display, and CPU frequency and fan speed so that the laptop can be tuned for more productivity with higher battery times. Users will be given the option to adjust the different settings manually too.

Another Intel Meteor Lake-H laptop is the Alienware x16 R2 which is a higher-end variant of the m16 with a more premium chassis and support for dedicated graphics.

Then there's the Alienware m18 R2 which as the name suggests will be a hefty 18" design with the Intel 14th Gen Raptor Lake Refresh (HX) series CPUs and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 GPUs. This laptop is aimed at the enthusiast gaming segment so expect lots of performance. Details are slim on the exact configurations such as memory, storage, display, battery, etc but these laptops are said to be available by the 11th of January so we can expect more information at CES 2024.
