If you are looking for a new AI-powered app on your phone, then the good news is that Microsoft Copilot is now rolling out to all Android users. The best part is that the app is free for all users, and you do not even have to sign in to get started with it.

Microsoft Copilot on Android could become the best AI chatbot available, and the iOS version is coming soon

For those who don't know what Copilot is, it is basically Microsoft's attempt to move its chat assistant and other AI-related tools into a single service. This was previously known as Bing Chat, but the company feels that a more streamlined experience would be better, and that is what Microsoft is going for.

Microsoft Copilot is now showing up on the Google Play Store around the globe. If you have not received the update, keep checking back, as it normally takes some time before it is finally available to everyone. Now, it is worth noting that the iOS version is still missing, but we assume that we should be able to get that pretty soon.

According to the Play Store listing, this is what the Microsoft Copilot is capable of doing.

Copilot is a pioneering chat assistant from Microsoft powered by the latest OpenAI models, GPT-4 and DALL·E 3. These advanced AI technologies provide fast, complex, and precise responses, as well as the ability to create breathtaking visuals from simple text descriptions. Chat and create all in one place—for free!

Honestly, I am really interested in giving it a try. The best part about the software is that you do not need to sign in to use the app. You can just use it without any email address, which is one thing that many people would love as it makes the process more seamless.

I think I like the idea behind Microsoft Copilot as it is something that can work a lot like ChatGPT but, at the same time, brings more features. Plus, with 2024 around the corner, it will be interesting to see how the new app can use on-device generative AI and make things even better for many users. Of course, this is just a start, and we will explore the app and see how well it works. If you are waiting for the iOS version, we will let you know once that version goes live.
