Lenovo Launches YOGA AI Mini PC, Featuring 16-Core Ultra X7 358H Processor for Up To 180 TOPS of AI Power
Lenovo has quickly adopted Intel's latest Core Ultra Series 3, aka Panther Lake, processors for its devices, and whether you look at its laptop catalog or mini PC arsenal, you will find newer offerings with these chips. The company has now debuted its latest high-end mini PC called YOGA AI Mini PC, which is already available with processors like Core Ultra 5 325. However, this one uses the Intel Core Ultra X7 358H processor that brings a powerful combination of CPU, NPU, and iGPU.
The processor delivers 16 cores and 16 threads, featuring a 4+8+4 configuration and Intel's most powerful integrated graphics, Arc B390. While the processor is sufficient for carrying out intensive CPU-oriented tasks as well as gaming-like workloads efficiently, it's also well-suited for local AI workloads, thanks to its amazing 180 TOPS of AI power.
YOGA AI mini PC targets all these workloads while maintaining a smaller footprint by using a compact cylindrical chassis that can fit in a palm and weighs just 600 grams. The chassis boasts beautiful RGB lighting underneath and a smart interface that wakes up the device with a simple tap. YOGA AI Mini PC boasts modern connectivity, featuring WiFi 7 for blazing-fast wireless internet connectivity and 2.5G LAN for low input lag while retaining high internet speeds.
The mini PC delivers 64 GB of fast LPDDR5X memory out of the box, ensuring it can run local large language models quickly with up to 80 billion parameters. Plus, it brings a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD for storage that's quick and sufficient for storing large files. For peripheral connectivity, the YOGA AI mini PC doesn't compromise, and brings fast Thunderbolt 4 and Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports supporting high-bandwidth devices, as well as HDMI to carry video signals to the monitor.
