Another Canadian retailer has listed the entire launch Intel Core Ultra 200 "Arrow Lake" Desktop CPU lineup ahead of the launch next month.

Intel Core Ultra 200 "Arrow Lake" Desktop CPU listing reveals another round of preliminary prices for next-gen chips

As the launch date approaches, we are seeing the Intel Arrow Lake "Core Ultra 200" series CPUs being listed on various retail websites. This is probably the third listing in the last two weeks and the second Canadian listing, revealing the prices of the SKUs in Canadian dollars. The listing shows all five processors, which are planned to be launched in the first batch of the Arrow Lake chips.

The Intel Arrow Lake "Core Ultra 200" Desktop CPUs were spotted by @momomo_us on the Canadian retailer Shoprbc, which sells various PC hardware. The Arrow Lake processors are categorized on the website as the 'Intel S1851 Desktop CPUs'. The five processors and their prices revealed are as follows:

  • Intel Core Ultra 5 245KF: $427 CAD ($314 US)
  • Intel Core Ultra 5 245K: $450 CAD ($331 US)
  • Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF: $567 CAD ($417 US)
  • Intel Core Ultra 7 265K: $589 CAD ($433 US)
  • Intel Core Ultra 9 285K: $852 CAD ($627 US)

If we convert these prices in USD, the Intel Core Ultra 5 245KF turns out to be at around US$314, the Core Ultra 5 245K at US$330, Core Ultra 7 265KF at US$417, Core Ultra 7 265K at US$433, and Core Ultra 9 285K at US$627. Note that none of these CPUs are available for purchase at the moment as there is an embargo on their sale. The embargo will lift on 24th October but the official reveal is expected on 10th October.

For reference, the Intel Core i9-14900K has an RCP of $599, the Core i7-14700K/KF has an RCP of $419-$394 while the Core i5-14600K/KF has an RCP of $329-$304 US. At the same retailer, the 14th Gen SKUs and the listed Core Ultra 200 prices have a difference of +9.5% on average but we can realistically expect the final prices to be close or the same as current offerings since these 14th Gen CPUs have been discounted quite a bit since their launch.

There is still a month before users can purchase these CPUs but the CPUs have already been listed on other retail websites such as Lambdatek and PC-Canada. As far as the pricing on Shoprbc goes, it is roughly equivalent to the prices we saw on the UK and Canada-based retailers but we should mention that these are preliminary so expect different "official" retail prices. Therefore, it's most likely that the official MSRP will be somewhere near these prices.

The prices of these CPUs are by the Raptor Lake chips but users who are upgrading from the 12th/13th/14th gen processors will need to change their motherboard from LGA 1700 to LGA 1851. The LGA 1851 motherboards will feature the 800 chipsets such as Z890, which will be launched alongside the Arrow Lake CPUs. The rest of the CPUs and budget 800 chipset motherboards should be released in the early part of 2025.
