GUNNIR Unveils Several Intel Arc B580 GPUs & Small Form Factor Arc B580 & Arc A770 Editions 1

This isn't something you usually see since most gamers prefer either AMD or NVIDIA GPUs, considering faster options are available. However, the 12 GB VRAM is quite appealing at a time when there is uncertainty regarding future GPU prices.

Intel Arc Battlemage GPUs Suddenly Move Up In Sales At German Retailer Mindfactory; Arc B580 Sold Twice as Many RX 9070s

Almost every week, we see either AMD or NVIDIA dominating the GPU sales in most parts of the world. Although the Intel Arc Battlemage GPUs offer a sweet spot gaming experience on a budget, they aren't as popular as the rivals from the Red and Green teams due to several reasons. In Germany, we see AMD RDNA 4 GPUs usually at the top of the chart, selling like hotcakes and even outselling the best NVIDIA RTX 50 series GPUs.

While the top-of-the-line RDNA 4 GPU, aka Radeon RX 9070 XT, is still at the top with about 725 units sold last week, this time we are also seeing Intel's Arc B580 in the top 15 best-selling GPUs. Keep in mind that we are considering only a single retailer's data, but Mindfactory is pretty popular, and we can see the current GPU trends with this weekly sales data. As per last week's GPU sales, the RX 9070 XT is the best-selling GPU, followed by the RX 9060 XT 16 GB, with 595 sales, and then we have several RTX 50 series GPUs that mostly include the 60 and 70-class cards.

  • RX 9070 XT: 725
  • RX 9060 XT: 595
  • RTX 5070 Ti: 310
  • RTX 5080: 275
  • RTX 5060 Ti: 205
  • RTX 5070: 120
  • RTX 5060: 85
  • RX 7600: 80
  • RX 7900 XTX: 60
  • RTX 5090: 55
  • RTX 3050: 50
  • ARC B580: 40
  • ARC A310: 30
  • RTX 3060: 20
  • ARC B570: 20
  • ARC Pro B50: 20
  • RX 6650 XT: 20
  • RX 9070: 20
  • RX 7900 XT: 20
  • RX 7700 XT: 20
  • GT 1030: 10
  • 5060 Ti: 10
  • RX 6500 XT: 5

At the 12th spot, we have the Arc B580 GPU with nearly 40 units sold last week, which seem insignificant in front of the top sellers, but keep in mind that the Arc B580 sales were almost negligible for months. Intel mostly remained around 1% when it comes to the GPU market share at Mindfactory, but it's the first time it has come close to 4%. Not just Arc B580, but the Arc B570 and workstation Arc Pro B50 has sold 20 units in a week each, which is the same number of units the RX 9070 shipped in the same time frame.

In the entry-level category, we are seeing the Arc A310 also selling decently, with nearly 30 units sold last week. Even though the sales numbers for Arc B GPUs aren't nearly as impressive as we expected when they arrived, it appears that these are finally getting some recognition. It took a long time for the Arc B580 and B570 to be as available as their rivals, and thanks to the 12 GB/10 GB VRAM capacity and near-MSRP pricing, these offer decent value for the money.

Overall, Intel has now moved to over 1% of revenue share, while NVDIIA takes nearly 56.13% revenue followed by AMD with 42.53%. This is despite AMD selling 1545 units vs 1140 NVIDIA GPUs (as a result of higher ASP). Intel overall sold over 100 units in a week with an ASP (Average selling price) of 231 Euros.
