Elon Musk has leaned toward corpulence in recent years, and it is this preference for a sedentary lifestyle – coupled with a penchant for culinary delights, of course – that is hampering his odds of winning a possible cage match with the CEO of Meta, Mark Zuckerberg.

It speaks volumes of the current state of affairs that a possible physical altercation between two billionaires does not raise eyebrows. Instead, the match seems to have created a buzz that refuses to die down.

The saga began when news emerged that Meta was seeking to launch a Twitter rival called THREADS. Elon Musk responded by challenging Mark Zuckerberg to a cage match.

Then, Verge confirmed an Instagram post by Mark Zuckerberg in which the CEO of Meta had asked Elon Musk to send him the location of the match. As is evident from the tweet above, the CEO of Tesla appears to have acquiesced.

Given the hype around this possible altercation, it would become very difficult for either side to back out now without losing face. And the betting markets have already chosen their winner. As is evident from the snippet above, BetUS currently has Mark Zuckerberg winning with an 80 percent probability. Similarly, SportsBetting.ag has pegged an 83.3 percent probability of the CEO of Meta winning a possible match against Elon Musk.

At the root of this preference remains Zuckerberg's perceived fitness. The health and fitness experts at Total Shape believe that "Zuckerberg's ability to complete extreme fitness challenges and technique with mixed martial arts showcases he has substantial ability and endurance."

Mark Zuckerberg is 5" 7 and weighs around 70 kg. In contrast, Elon Musk is 5" 11 and weighs 81 kg. At 39, the CEO of Meta is also younger than Elon Musk, who is now 51 years old.

In a recent Joe Rogan podcast, Elon Musk admitted:

"The older I get, the harder [it is] to stay lean, that's for sure."

All of these factors have established Mark Zuckerberg as the clear favorite in a possible cage match with the CEO of Tesla.

On a more philosophical level, perhaps the world would benefit if billionaires decided to sort out their differences in a cage match rather than resorting to underhanded tactics and using their minions as pawns.
