Learn how to stop enemy jamming your hacking abilities in PRAGMATA

In PRAGMATA, certain advanced bots are equipped with modules that can cause Jamming, scrambling the hacking matrix, preventing Diana from opening them up to expose their weak points, and depriving you of one of your most effective combat tools.

If you find you cannot complete hacking because red nodes sever your connection to the enemy, you must physically disable the jamming source to regain full hacking capability.

Identifying the Jamming Source

Enemies that can jam Diana's hacking do so with specific parts. You can easily identify these components by their red color.

  • While most bot armor is grey, jamming modules are made distinct by their red lights.
  • If you find you cannot hack enemies, look at the enemy and focus your fire on these red parts. Once they take enough damage, the Jamming effect will lift, allowing Diana to hack enemies again.

Complete vs. Partial Hacking Matrix Restoration

In the heat of battle, you may find it hard to completely destroy every jamming source. Thankfully, you do not always need to do so to regain some hacking functionality.

  1. Destroying even a single red component is often enough to enable hacking again. However, the jamming effect will persist, and parts of the hacking matrix will remain inaccessible, often making it impossible to traverse certain nodes, including Offense or Expose nodes.
  2. Destroying every red component is the only way to fully restore Diana's hacking capabilities. As such, this should always be your first objective when dealing with powerful enemies that can impair the Pragmata's hacking skills.
