Backup Data on iCloud
Before you follow the listed steps, be sure to toggle off iMessage and FaceTime. Also, turn off Find My iPhone from Settings > Your Name > Find My > Find My iPhone. All of this just to be on the safe side. The rest are pretty simple steps to factory reset your iPhone.
1. To backup, your iPhone's data, simply navigate to the Settings app.
2. Tap your name and then tap on iCloud and toggle everything on that you want to back up.
3. Now, scroll down and tap on iCloud Backup.
4. Toggle iCloud Backup on and tap on Back Up Now.
