Pixel 10’s striking “Indigo” finish rekindles the iconic “Really Blue” charm

Google is gearing up to launch its Pixel 10 series, and like with every flagship product, leaks, and speculations have given away quite a few details about the lineup, leaving little for the imagination. The latest one revolves around the tech giant stepping down the nostalgic lane and reviving a rather popular color option for the new models by adding a more daring twist. The company is focused on not only introducing features that tend to stand out but also ensuring the devices mark a bolder shift in the strategy.

Pixel 10's 'Indigo' color leak brings back the iconic 'Really Blue' vibe – but with a modern twist

Google appears to be tapping into its nostalgic roots while ensuring there is a fresh element to it. As per a recent leak, the upcoming Pixel 10 will come in a bold new Indigo color that immediately takes us back to the sharp tone introduced in 2016, which became a rather iconic one - "Really Blue." As per the images shared by WinFuture and renowned tipster Evan Blass, the final renders of the device offer a much closer look at the device. From glancing at them, it seems that the tech giant is blending its past identity with a modern touch.

The Indigo color on the Pixel 10 is striking for being anything but subtle, as the back panel is done in vivid blue, which helps grab attention due to the contrasting tone on the camera and frame, adding depth and refinement to the overall look of the device. Since many of the tech giants are opting for neutral and pastel choices for their new phones, with the daring Indigo choice, Google is choosing to break the monotony and distinguish itself from the uniform flagships.

As per the leak, the color is to be part of the standard Pixel 10 lineup, and not the Pro or XL models. Along with the Indigo color option, the Pixel 10 is expected to come in Obsidian (Black), Frost (Light Silver/Gray), and Limoncello (Yellow) options as well. If we look at the colorway from a marketing perspective, it tends to help be a differentiating factor, especially when other tech giants are ramping up their efforts in bringing innovation and introducing some fierce features.

If the leak tends to hold any accuracy, adding the Indigo color option for the Pixel 10 model could help it become a fan favorite and reflect Google's willingness to turn heads again by experimenting.
