Google Pixel 10 pricing compared with past flagships, showing steady costs as the company aims to dominate competition.

Google is only hours away from unveiling the Pixel 10 series, but a last-minute leak has already revealed the pricing. The company will announce a plethora of devices later today, ranging from the base Pixel 10 to the higher-end Pixel 10 Pro Fold foldable, and past rumors suggest that the company has kept things very familiar compared to last year.

Google’s Pixel 10 series pricing aligns with earlier flagships, reflecting a strong strategy to challenge Apple and Samsung

According to the latest numbers shared by Evan Blass on X, the standard Google Pixel 10 starts at $799 for the base 128GB variant, with the 256GB option going for $899. The Pixel 10 Pro begins at $999 and climbs up to $1,449 for the 1TB version. For those who want something bigger, the Pixel 10 Pro XL is priced from $1,199 to $1,549 for higher storage variants. However, the most expensive out of the bunch will be the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, which starts from $1,799 to as much as $2,149.

The interesting part is that Google has decided to stick to the same pricing strategy as last year. What this means is that the price of the devices has remained unchanged compared to the Pixel 9 lineup. It is good to see that the company is upgrading the devices at the same cost, giving users more options and an urge to upgrade. On the flip side, Google’s main competitor, Apple, is slated to increase the price of the forthcoming iPhone 17 lineup due to rising tariff cuts and higher component costs.

Apart from the new Pixel 10 prices, we are also expecting Google to announce a range of new accessories for the devices. The Pixel Buds 2a are slated to cost $129, while a new 67W charger will go up to $60. Google is also set to announce a Pixelsnap charger, which shows that the company is working on a full set of peripherals to complete the ecosystem. As mentioned earlier, Samsung has also increased the prices of its latest flagships, including the recently announced Galaxy Z Fold 7, which will give Google an edge over the competition.

The Google Pixel 9 series earned praise for its value, offering flagship performance and a new design, and the Pixel 10 looks set to carry the same philosophy. Google’s steady pricing strategy ensures that users do not think twice before upgrading, while still offering a foldable and multiple high-storage variants.
