Apple Watch owners have been receiving activity challenges from Apple for a long time. The next Activity Challenge from the company will take place around Earth Day this Sunday, April 22. The Activity Challenge notification will suggest that users should start appearing on April 20. So what does the Earth Day challenge require you to do? Let's dive in to see some more details on the matter.
Apple Watch Earth Day Challenge Wants You To Perform Any Workout For 30 Minutes
The Earth Day Challenger requires you to perform any workout for 30 minutes or more on the aforementioned date, April 22. You are required to record your activity in the Workout app or any other relevant app on the watchOS App Store that communicates with the Health app on iOS.
Just like it has been for some time, Apple will award you with a new achievement badge within the Activity app on iPhone. You will also be awarded various new iMessage stickers that you can send to family and friends. This is not the first time that Apple is introducing Earth Day Activity Challenges and the purpose behind it remains the same as it was last year.
Apple will celebrate Earth Day in many ways in the forthcoming week. Employees in retail stores will wear green shirts instead of blue ones. The company also previously added a green leaf accent to its Apple logo on retail stores. It also shares videos, Apple Music playlists and app related promotions on the App Store.
There will be more to the story, so be sure to stay tuned in for more details. This is all for now, folks. What are your thoughts on Apple's Earth Day Activity Challenge for Apple Watch owners? Would you be taking part in the workout? Share your views with us in the comments.
