A week before Apple rolled out iOS 4.3.4 in order to patch the PDF exploit used in JailbreakMe 3.0.
Today Apple released iOS 4.3.5 for iPod, iPhone and iPad. In the new iOS Apple has fixed a security issue. According to the official change log the new version contains a must security update for iPod, iPhone and iPad users (obviously not for those interested in jailbreaking).

- iPad 2 CDMA

Note: Jailbreakers stay away from the update.
For now I highly recommend you wait for a proper untethered Jailbreak for the iOS because 4.3.4 has proven to be quite a challenge and may take longer to develop a Jailbreak for.
