Download GTA Radio Stations As Playlists From Spotify And iTunes
The next title of the iconic Grand Theft Auto series, GTA V, isn't due until September. Avid gamers have a deep attachment with the Grand Theft Auto series, it has been around for a long time and has greatly evolved. The game had more than a couple of unique aspects. One certain aspect was the use of licensed music which would automatically play once the character got inside a car. Players can browse through a variety of radio stations that come complete with music, mock shows and even mock advertisements. This, no doubt, makes for a very realistic gaming experience.
Rockstar games announced today that it is releasing the official set of playlists which can be downloaded from either iTunes or Spotify. The playlists include tracks from all music stations featured in Grand Theft Auto IV, Episodes from Liberty City, San Andreas, Vice City and more. There's a caveat though, only those songs that a service already carries will be available in the playlist. For example if iTunes doesn't already carry a song from a radio station in Vice City, then you're not going to find it in the playlist. Rockstar hopes to be able to add the original songs within their control, where possible, soon.
These in-game radio stations also featured mock advertisements. If you want to go give them a listen too, Rockstar has created a separate repository from which all of the advertisements from the archives of Liberty City, Vice City and San Andreas can be downloaded.
