Apple Finally Launches Long-Awaited 'Support' App for iOS - Download it Today
Almost a year back it came to our knowledge that Apple was working on an official Apple Support app for iOS. Apart from leaked screenshots, we had nothing to go along with. Today however, the company has flipped the switch and has made the app available for download for those in the ownership of an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch device.
From the App Store:
Need help? Apple Support app is your personalized guide to the best options from Apple. Find answers with articles tailored to your products and questions. Call, chat or email with an expert right away, or schedule a callback when it’s convenient. Get a repair at an Apple Store or a nearby Apple Authorized Service Provider. Apple Support is here to help.
If you run into any sort of problem related to your Apple device, you can resort to the app for guidance and support. You have the choice to talk to an expert right away or chat with one if you so require. But that's not it, you even have the option to 'schedule a callback' whenever you feel it is necessary for you. Email is also listed as an option, should you want to take that route.
Apart from talking to an expert, you also have the option to book an appointment with one in your local Apple Store if you so desire straight from the app. In short: it's an all-in-one hub for anything related to support for your Apple device.
