Earlier today, a new CAPCOM Next event was announced by the Japanese publisher. The broadcast will go live on all main platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Facebook) on Monday, July 1, 2024, at 3 PM Pacific Time.

The studio clarified a few things in advance: this CAPCOM Next broadcast will last around 25 minutes and will not include any news about Monster Hunter Wilds. It will focus instead on three specific games: the newly unveiled Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, and Resident Evil 7: Biohazard for iPhone/iPad/Mac.

The first game was revealed yesterday with a surprise teaser. As shown in the pictures below, it is getting a substantial visual facelift. Other than that, we'll have to wait for the broadcast to learn more details about the remaster.

Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is CAPCOM's new IP. It is a hybrid action strategy game set on  Mt. Kafuku, a land inspired by Japan. As the main character called Soh, players will be tasked to purify the villages during the day and protect the Maiden of the mountain, Yoshiro, against the hordes of the Seethe, who emerge from the Torii Gates when the sun sets.

Due to launch on July 19 for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series S|X, it will be available for Game Pass subscribers on day one. The PC requirements can be found below.
