[Updated] Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Will “Redefine Max Settings for Call of Duty” on PC; Will Let You Pick the Gender of you Character
Black Ops 3 has just been revealed with a pretty impressive gameplay trailer that demonstrates the frantic action players can expect from the next iteration in the Call of Duty franchise.
[Update] Black Ops 3 will be the first Call of Duty game to let you customize the campaign protagonist, and even choose the gender. Treyarch confirmed that the gender optimization will be extensive.
Studio Head Mark Lamia explains
"It's not just a female head on a male body. It's a different set of animations for the entire game,"
Character interaction will even differ based on the protagonist's gender.
"We knew we were going to do fully unique male, fully unique female for all scenes and all the customization that goes for both. Thank God for Blu-ray, right?"
Treyarch's Director of Development has addressed some of the question on Twitter regarding the PC version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.
