ASUS Unveils Next-Gen Zenbook Duo, Zenbook, VivoBook & ExpertBook Laptops With Intel Core Ultra Series 3 CPUs

ASUS has unveiled its next-gen Zenbook Duo, Zenbook, VivoBook & ExpertBook laptops featuring Intel Core Ultra Series 3 CPUs.

ASUS Decks Out Its Next-Gen Zenbook, VivoBook & ExpertBook Laptops With Intel Core Ultra Series 3 CPUs

Intel has formally launched its Core Ultra Series 3 CPUs, codenamed Panther Lake, and ASUS is one of the biggest vendors to roll out multiple laptops featuring these chips within its Zenbook, ExpertBook, and Vivobook families.

ASUS Zenbook Duo 2026

The first product that we want to cover is the ASUS Zenbook Duo, which is a dual-screen 14" laptop that features the iconic ASUS Ceraluminum chassis design and can be used as a standalone laptop, a desktop, a dual-screen laptop, or a sharing tablet.

ASUS has also developed a new hinge design that is better and more durable than the previous iterations. The new design features a 5% smaller footprint, 8.28mm thin, & weighing just 1.65 kg. The dual fan configuration enables up to 45W of cooling.

In terms of specifications, the Zenbook Duo 2026 packs Intel's Core Ultra Series 3 CPUs in Core Ultra 9 386H or Core Ultra 7 355 options. Both models feature up to 32 GB LPDDR5x memory, up to 1 TB PCIe4 SSD, and an additional PCIe4 slot. The laptop comes with a 99Whr battery and is bundled with a 100W AC Ultra Mini adapter. IO includes dual Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI 2.1, USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports, 6 speakers, WIFI7.

Being a dual-screen laptop, the ASUS Zenbook Duo 2026 features two 14" and 3K (2880x1800) OLED panels with a 16:10 aspect ratio, a 144Hz refresh rate (0.2ms), 500nits of peak brightness, and Display HDR TrueBlack 1000 certification. The screen-to-body ratio is 93%. The two Core Ultra models will be launching this month,th while the higher-end Core Ultra 9 configuration is expected in February.

ASUS Zenbook S14 2026

The ASUS Zenbook S14 family will also receive the Intel Core Ultra Series 3 treatment and a brand new design, while leveraging the Ceraluminum theme. The laptop is aimed at productivity with a lightweight and super slim form factor that measures 1.1cm in thickness and weighs just 1.2 kgs. The laptop will be available in two colors, Antrim Gray and Scandinavian White.

The S14 comes with a 14" Touch OLED panel with a 3K resolution (2880x1800), a 16:10 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, 400 nits of standard and 1000 nits of HDR peak brightness, and DisplayHDR TrueBlack 500 certification. The laptop has a 90% screen-to-body ratio. 4 speakers are certified with Dolby Atmos, and the internals include a 77Whr battery, which is charged using a 68W Ultra mini Type-C adapter.

For IO, the Zenbook S14 laptop will come with Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, dual Thunderbolt 4 Type-C ports, a single USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A port, an HDMI 2.1 output, and a 3.5mm combo audio jack. Initial configs will be available this month, while more options will be available by February 2026.

ASUS ExpertBook Ultra 2026

The ASUS ExpertBook lineup will receive two big updates in 2026, one is the standard lineup and the other is the Ultra lineup, both with Intel's Core Ultra Series 3 CPUs.

The higher-end ExpertBook Ultra 2026 lineup is aimed at professionals and content creators. The laptops feature top-notch specs, bright and colorful displays, and strong cooling and power capabilities. The Ultra lineup will feature a diverse range of CPU options, including the flagship Core Ultra X9 388H, Core Ultra X7 358H, and the Core Ultra 7 356H. Other specs include either 32 GB or 64 GB of LPDDR5x memory, up to 2 TB of PCIe4 SSD storage, and a 75Whr battery, which is fueled by a 90W Type-C AC Adapter.

For the display, the ExpertBook Ultra will feature a 14" 3K Tandem OLED panel with up to 600 nits of typical and 1400 nits of HDR brightness, a resolution of 2880x1800, up to 120Hz refresh rate, and an Anti-Glare design with touch capabilities. Certain models will also be available with a 14" WUXGA OLED panel with a 1920x1200 resolution, 400 nits of typical and 600 nits of HDR brightness, TrueBlack 600 certification, and a 60Hz refresh rate.

The design of the laptops is going to be both ultra-light and ultra-thin, with a 10.9mm thickness and a 0.99 kg weight. ASUS also claims 24 hours of usage time with a 50% charge in just 30 minutes. The Ultra laptops also come with 6 Spatial speakers and Dolby Atmos Surround Sound. The internals are also packed with the latest ExpertCool Pro cooling solution with dual fans and a heatpipe solution that can cool up to 50W TDP.

ASUS ExpertBook P5 G2 2026

Next on the ASUS "Intel Core Ultra Series 3" list are the ExpertBook P5 series, which come in 16" and 14" flavors. These laptops are designed for business-oriented users and equipped with up to Intel Core Ultra 7 356H CPUs. The specs include up to 32 GB of DDR5 memory, dual PCIe 4.0 SSDs (up to 2 TB + 1 TB configs), and support for PCIe 5.0 SSDs too.

Featuring a similar sleek and slim design as the other ASUS lineups, the ExpertBook P5 G2 laptops weigh in at just 1.38kg and offer a thickness of 1.80cm. The 14" model comes with a 63Whr battery, while the 16" model packs a 50Whr battery. Both come with a 65W USB Type-C AC Adapter. IO includes 2 USB 3.2 Gen 1 or 2 Type-A ports, dual Thunderbolt 4 ports, 1 HDMI 2.1 port, a 3.5mm audio combo jack, and a single RJ45 LAN port. There's also Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 support.

The 16" model comes with a 16-inch WQXGA LED with a 2560x1600 resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, a 16:10 aspect ratio, and peak brightness of 400 nits. The same is true for the 14" model expect it comes in a 14-inch configuration.

ASUS VivoBook S16 & VivoBook S14 2026

For all day use-cases and mainstream users, ASUS will introduce its 2026 VivoBook S series in 16" and 14" flavors. The new laptops come with a metallic design, featuring a CNC-engraved logo, and are designed to be slim and sleek. Both 16" and 14" models are 1.59cm thin and weigh 1.40 kg for the base config, and offer upgraded performance and AI capabilities.

The 16" models are equipped with up to Intel Core Ultra 9 Series 3 CPUs, while the 14" models offer up to Core Ultra 7 Series 3 CPUs. Both come in 16 GB or 32 GB DDR5 SO-DIMM memory configurations, and up to 1 TB of PCIe Gen4 SSD storage. IO includes 2 USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-C ports, 2 USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports, HDMI 2.1, Audio Jack, and Wi-Fi 6 support. These also feature a larger touchpad with smart gestures for an intuitive experience.

Display on the 16" model is either a 1920x1200 OLED panel with 300 nits of brightness or an IPS panel with the same resolution but with 400 nits of brightness and a 144Hz refresh rate. For the 14" VivoBook, these only come with OLED panels with a maximum resolution of 1920x1200 and 300 nits of brightness. Both laptops feature a 70Whr battery, which is charged by a 65W USB Type-C adapter.

ASUS VivoBook 16 Flip & VivoBook 14 Flip 2026

The last lineup in ASUS's 2026 "Core Ultra Series 3" family is the VivoBook Flip series, which also features both 16" and 14" models. These laptops are equipped with the Intel Core Ultra 7 355 CPU, up to 32 GB LPDDR5x memory, up to 1 TB of PCIe 4.0 SSD, the latest IO capabilities, and then some more.

Display comes in the form of a 16" or 14" OLED panel with a 1920x1200 resolution (WUXGA), a 60Hz refresh rate (0.2ms), 300 nits of peak brightness, and a Glossy finish. The laptops feature a 70Whr battery and come with a 100W Ultra Mini AC Adapter. These laptops weigh 1.57kg for the 14" and 1.80kg for the 16" model, with a maximum thickness of 1.71-1.74cm. The chassis uses a mix of aluminum and plastic materials, and Matte Gray is the only color option. The VivoBook Flip 2026 series will be available in the second half of 2026.
