At the Computex event, popular hardware and peripheral maker, ASUS, has unveiled a new lineup of monitors, including ROG series, ProArt, and ZenScreen series displays, offering leading specifications and features. The ROG series particularly stands out due to a wide range of new displays that offer a variety of OLED panels for superb image quality on high resolutions, coupled with high refresh rates.
The most notable launch is the ROG Strix OLED XG259QWPG Ace, which the company teased yesterday as the world's first 24.5" OLED gaming display ever made. The unveiled specifications reveal that the monitor will boast a 1080p resolution as previously thought. The monitor can run at up to a staggering 540 Hz refresh rate for a super fluid gaming experience, and offers a 0.02 ms response time for competitive gaming.

The display is equipped with Tandem WOLED technology, offering up to 15% higher peak brightness, 25% larger color volume, and 60% longer lifespan over conventional WOLED panels. The display will boast a TrueBlack glossy coating for deeper blacks and super sharp image quality. Plus, the monitor is VESA DisplayHDR 600 True Black certified, supports 10-bit color depth, and offers an impressive color reproduction with 99.5% DCI-P3 color gamut with an accuracy of Delta E<2.

Next is the ROG Swift OLED PG32UCWM, which offers the 3rd gen Tandem RGB OLED technology with four RGB layers to improve the brightness, sharpness, and color volume. It's a 4K display that boasts a dual mode configuration, allowing users to switch between 4K@240Hz and FHD@480Hz modes. The display offers Dolby Vision support, VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black certification, and true 10-bit color depth.
Connectivity is also top-notch, offering the latest DisplayPort 2.1a UHBR20 interface to unlock 80 Gbps of bandwidth for uncompressed visuals. Plus, a USB Type-C is available to support 90W PD. The ROG Swift OLED PG32UCWM will also be available in a 27-inch form factor, and both monitors will be available in early Q3 2026.

The fourth monitor is the ROG Strix OLED XG32UQWMS, a 4K 31.5" gaming monitor, featuring a TrueBlack Glossy Tandem WOLED panel. The monitor boasts a dual mode configuration as well, offering 4K@240Hz and FHD@480Hz modes to switch between immersive and competitive gaming experiences. The display properties are identical to the XG259QWPG Ace, as both use the same panel.

Lastly, ASUS sums up the latest ROG lineup with the ROG Strix 5KXG27JCEG, and as the name suggests, it's a 5K monitor, featuring a staggering 218 ppi density on a 27-inch panel to deliver sharper details. The monitor works at 80 Hz at 5K resolution but can be boosted to 320 Hz at QHD resolution for competitive gaming. It boasts a KVM switch to switch between connected systems and has decent connectivity options, including a USB hub for peripherals.
