Apple kicked off pre-orders for its entire iPhone 16 series last Friday, and for those making the switch to the company’s latest and greatest, it is also that time of the month when you need to purchase a high-quality case to prevent it from bumps, drops, nicks, scratches and more. Official cases for the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus are readily available on Amazon now, with nine finishes to choose from, along with two materials of your choosing; polycarbonate and silicone.
There is currently one Clear polycarbonate case available on the online retailer, along with eight silicone choices. Each of these cases has been discounted by 14 percent, bringing their price down to $41.99 per unit. For an official Apple case, that is quite generous, especially when you know that these add-ons have been made with top-notch materials that will last for a significantly long period. The silicone cases are made with 55 percent recycled material, and its soft-touch finish means that it will feel great when you grip it for the first time.
Given that the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus now feature a Camera Control button, the silicone and polycarbonate cases feature a sapphire crystal on that specific area that accurately detect’s the users finger movements. Both versions also sport built-in magnets for MagSafe charging compatibility, so all you have to do is place them on a Qi or Qi2 wireless charging pad and watch the magic.
Apple’s iPhone 16 lineup will officially be released on September 20, so it is best that you make these purchases beforehand, so you are prepared well in advance before your handset of choice reaches your doorstep.
