Tim Cook has shared some interesting revelations in an interview with BBC at the "Dua Lipa: At Your Service" podcast. Cook reveals that Apple is working on his replacement for the future, stating that the company has "very detailed succession plans." While Dua Lipa convincingly asked who was next in line to be Apple's next CEO, Tim Cook did not share any names. However, he stated that it was his job to train and prepare executives with the abilities to succeed at Apple.

While it is unclear if Apple will hire the next CEO externally, Tim Cook wants someone from within the company. Cook has served as Apple CEO for over a decade, which means he is familiar with the company's operations. He states, "I love it there, and I can't envision my life without being there." Tim Cook will remain in his position and handle Apple's operations for some time, according to his remarks. It remains to be seen when the company and board will decide to select his replacement.
