ASUS showed a Sneak Peak of its latest X79 based Motherboard which would fall under the ROG “Republic of Gamers” line of products. The ROG Rampage IV Extreme motherboard was spotted at ASUS ROG’s booth at this year’s BlizzCon 2011 event.

No details were given away since the Sandy Bridge-E and X79 chipset are still under NDA, But the booth guy did tell that the rig was running on a Sandy bridge-E based Core i7 Processors which are supported by the LGA 2011 Socket featured on the ROG motherboard.
