There may not be any news around the upcoming Windows 10 October 2019 Update, but the development of Windows 10 2020 is in full force. Microsoft has now released the first set of ISO images of Windows 10 20H1.
Windows 10 Build 18912 ISO files are available in three variants: Insider Preview, Insider Preview Enterprise and Insider Preview China Home.

You can use the Windows 10 ISO files to clean install Windows 10 20H1 Preview Build 18912 after downloading them from this link (via Neowin).
