watchOS 5.3.1, tvOS 12.4.1 and macOS 10.14.6 Supplemental Update Released
Apple has released watchOS 5.3.1, tvOS 12.4.1 and macOS 10.14.6 supplemental update with minor fixes and improvements.
In a surprising move, Apple released software updates without issuing a beta first, something that has turned into a rarity these days. These updates are available for Apple Watch, Apple TV and Mac users.
Starting things off with the Apple Watch, here's the complete changelog:
In order to download the latest watchOS 5.3.1 update right now, simply place the Apple Watch on its magnetic charger, launch the Watch app, navigate to General > Software Update and then tap on Download and Install as soon as you see the watchOS 5.3.1 update.
Moving on, Apple has released a supplemental update for macOS 10.14.6, and here's the complete changelog:
This update contains bug fixes that improve the stability, performance, and security of your Mac, and is recommended for all users.
• Resolves an issue that may cause certain Mac notebooks to shut down during sleep
• Fixes an issue that may degrade performance when working with very large files
• Addresses an issue that may prevent Pages, Keynote, Numbers, iMovie, and GarageBand from updating
You can download the update straight from System Preferences, then going to Software Update.
Last but not the least, tvOS 12.4.1 is also available for download and you can download it from System > System > Software Update on your Apple TV. The update is available for both Apple TV HD and Apple TV 4K models.
