The Pixel 9 series is launching later this year in October, and so far, we have received a ton of information on the phone and what Google is planning this year. If you have been looking for a solid phone, then this is definitely something that you should look into. Now, we have received what appear to be real-life images of Google's upcoming flagship, and honestly, the phone looks really good.

The Pixel 9 Pro looks to be a very tiny phone next to the iPhone 14 Pro, but that's a good thing

Now, these images are not from the usual sources that we rely on, but they are compelling. The Pixel 9 Pro shown in these photos also looks to be battered, with a bevy of cracks and even some tape holding the phone together, but the images do give us an idea of what to expect from the design. You can have a look at the images below:

I would not blame people if they think this is a fake device, but I don't think anyone would go to the lengths just to batter this supposed Pixel 9 Pro as much. So, it is safe to say that we are looking at the real thing. I mean, there is enough information present in the three images above to prove that. As for why this phone is in such poor condition, that is anyone's guess, but I do not really seem to have an understanding of why that is the case.

In the images above, the Pixel 9 Pro is sitting next to the iPhone 14 Pro Max, which absolutely towers the Pixel because of the much compact 6.1-inch screen size this time around. It appears that Google will be releasing three models this year with the the base variant being a 6.03-inch device, the Pro variant being a 6.1-inch device, and the Pro XL variant being a 6.7-inch device. So, if you have been waiting for something that is small, this phone might be up your alley.

The pictures also reveal that the Pixel 9 Pro is codenamed "caiman," the model that the source is in possession of has 16 gigs of LPDDR5 RAM with 128GB of storage. The source also has some images of the device from the side, showing how Google is opting for flatter sides this time around. You can have a look at those images below:

The Pixel 9 Pro, along with its siblings, is going to go official later this year in October. The phones will be officially announced next month during the Google I/O 2024, so it is safe to say that all the information that we have been looking for will be out there, and we will be sure to keep you posted. Rest assured, if you have been looking for the pure Google experience, you are not going to have to wait a long time for that to happen.

What is the one thing that you are looking forward to the most in the Pixel 9 series? Let us know in the comments below.
