CAD renders reveal the design elements of the Samsung Galaxy S26+ for the first time

The design of the new Samsung Galaxy S26+

  1. The CAD renders show a flat design for the new device, replete with a selfie camera hole at the top, thin and uniform bezels, and rounded corners. The display measures around 6.7 inches, and all of the physical buttons - the power and the volume keys - are located on the right-hand edge.
  2. The device measures 158.4 x 75.7 x 7.35mm, rendering it slim but not Edge-level slim.

The camera setup

  1. The CAD renders for the Samsung Galaxy S26+ show a vertical camera island located in the top-left corner, featuring three protruding cameras, including a 50-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide, and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. The front camera is expected to feature a 10-megapixel lens.
  2. The LED flash is located right next to the camera island.

Other specs

  1. With Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 reportedly reserved for the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, the S26+ is expected to be powered by Samsung's in-house Exynos 2600.
  2. Of course, Samsung might launch the Galaxy S26+ with the Snapdragon SoC in select regions.
  3. The device is likely to launch with a 12GB LPDDR5X RAM along with 256GB and 512GB UFS 4.0 flash storage options, sans a micro SD card.
  4. A 6.7-inch LTPO AMOLED 2X display panel with an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz.
  5. A display resolution of 3120 x 1440.
  6. Gorilla Glass Victus 2.0.
  7. A 4,900mAh battery, with support for 45W of wired charging and 15W of wireless charging.
  8. IP68 water resistance.
