The reason for the delay is that the company is waiting for the One UI 6.1.1 update to be rolled out before releasing the beta, and it said that the update itself has been delayed for an indefinite period.

The tech community was looking forward to the One UI 7 beta program with Android 15 to be rolled out by the end of July as that was the originally planned release window, but much to users' dismay, that saw a delay. The date has been pushed back to September, amidst the company's plan to wait for the One UI 6.1.1 update to be launched, but that has reportedly been delayed indefinitely.
SamMobile shared the news of the postponement on X and told users to keep September in mind for the roll-out of the beta program. In the post, that is not the only information shared, as Samsung said it plans to expand the One UI 6.1.1 update to many more countries.
Samsung has yet to announce the release of the One UI 6.1.1 update for devices other than the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6, as the update has not made it to any other devices except for the foldable series. We are seeing contradictory reports regarding the update's availability for the Galaxy A34, with some sources claiming that the roll-out for the One UI 6.1.1 update has already been initiated. In contrast, others state it is simply sticking to One U1 6.1 for now.
Samsung's usual pattern of going about its One UI version releases is publicly announcing it through press releases, and to date, we have not seen any such announcement about the update. Regardless of the timeline for the new One UI version update, the timeline for the beta program does not seem far-fetched but should be taken with a grain of salt till there is an official confirmation from Samsung.
We are hopeful that One UI 7 will be launched in September and that we will see the new features and upgrades it might bring to the devices.
