Samsung just posted a teaser for its unpacked event due to be held on the 13th of this month and surprisingly, the image contained three devices, instead of two. With the theme of the event set as Big made even better, we're sure that the Korean electronics giant expects to launch another tablet in New York this time around. And while there's no word on what might have been, Samsung's been caught working at some very BIG tablets recently and you can take a look at the spotting below.
Mysterious, Massive 18.7 Inch Samsung Tablets Spotted On Zauba
When it comes to tablets, we've got some big ones out there, with several slates equaling the size of your notebook at diagonals larger than 10 inches. But all these will be dwarfs compared to what Samsung has gotten under the works. France's famous Onleaks has been hard at work and he's managed to spot a rather interesting listing on India's import/export catalog, Zauba today. You can take a look at the listing above, and if you look close enough, you'll see that the seven tablets come with a massive screen size of 18.7 inches.
That's a full 10 inches larger than Samsung's 8 inch variant of the Galaxy Tab S2 and another six inches larger than Apple's much talked about iPad Pro. We're unsure as to what possible uses Samsung would have in mind for such an offering, but the idea sounds a bit interesting, to be honest. While portability is clearly out of the box now, since you'd most likely be better off lifting weights than chugging an 18 inch slate, if equipped properly, Samsung's device could have some serious educational and enterprise uses. And if it comes with the right performance punch, then perhaps we'd see it become a viable contender to some low powered notebooks out there as well. Thoughts?
