Chainfire has released a rooting file to root I9505XXUAMD2 firmware on the Qualcomm Samsung Galaxy S4. The CF-Auto-Root for Galaxy S4 i9505 LTE can now be used to root your smartphone. We also saw another root coming for SGS4 i9500 but since the device has not started being shipped, it can't be confirmed. But this one is coming from a popular developer of widely used CF Auto Root.

Those of you who have got test devices can use this to get root access. But do not try it on i9500 since this would only work with SGS4 i9505 models.

How to Root Samsung Galaxy S4 i9505 using Chainfire's CF-Auto-Root:

Required files: download Chainfire’s rooting tool: CF-Auto-Root-jflte-jfltexx-gti9505.zip. Extract the downloaded file to get a .tar.md5 file. Download the Odin3_v3.04.zip. Install and run the exe file to launch Odin on your PC.

Ta da! Your Samsung Galaxy S4 i9505 is not flashed with CF Auto Root.
