The PC cooler industry remains vibrant with several options for users to select from. There are several well-known and go-to brands for cooling enthusiasts, but every once in a while, we get an opportunity to review products from companies that are unheard of. Kingcool is one such brand who were formed last year, and while this may be the first time you are hearing about them, their engineering team has been making heatsinks for GPUs for decades. So as a sister brand, Kingcool poured their extensinve expertise into making CPU coolers.
Today, we are going to test one of their high-end AIO coolers, the Pure Flow, which comes in both 360 and 240mm flavors. The AIOs are available in both white and black colors, and the company goes for a very unique waterblock-esque design.
Kingcool Pure Flow 360mm AIO Liquid Cooler - Technical Details
So starting off with the specifications first, the Kingcool Pure Flow 360mm AIO cooler comes with a 360mm radiator and is compatible with both Intel and AMD platforms, including the latest LGA 1700/1851/115x and AM5/AM4 CPU solutions.
The AIO cooler comes in both white and black colors, with our sample featuring a matte white finish, which would look great in a white PC build.
The 360mm radiator comes in a white color scheme, which looks great and features aluminum fins that are also coated in the white paint.
The whole unit measures 397x120x27mm. The company calls it a high-performance CPU cooler, which is expected from a 360mm AIO.
The radiator comes with three 120mm FDB fans (DCBrushless). These are rated to operate at up to 2000 RPM with a 0.35A DC12V power input. The three fans are daisy-chained, so you won't have to worry about too many cables. The fans sip 3.9W of power.
Each fan has a 4-pin PWM connector & offers a maximum of 71.89 CFM airflow while running between 800-2000 RPM (35.4 dBA). All three fans feature ARGB Lightning and look great.
Moving over to the CPU water block, we have a full-plate and screwless copper base, which eliminates the traditional screw perforation design, offering significantly better water-tightness and ensuring reliable system operation. The block features a 0.1mm micro-channel design, which dissipates heat in an efficient manner. The pump operates at 2600-3400 RPM and has a maximum noise output of 20 dBA.
The Kingcool Pure Flow pump resides in a transparent housing, offering the look and feel of a custom waterblock. You can see the coolant flow through the acrylic housing, and coupled with the ARGB LED effects, it looks great.
The CPU makes contact with a large copper baseplate, offering more than enough contact space for modern-day CPUs.
The tubes themselves are lengthy and come with a white sleeving, matching the looks of the overall AIO.
Kingcool Pure Flow 360mm AIO Liquid Cooler - Cooler Performance
For testing the performance, we used the AORUS X670E Xtreme motherboard paired with an AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D CPU, 32 GB of G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO RGB memory (DDR5-6800 EXPO), and a ROG THOR II 1000W PSU. The chassis used was a Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL, which allowed us to mount the radiator on the top since the front is a mirror panel.

The overall temperatures of the Kingcool Pure Flow 360 match those of some other mainstream 360mm AIO coolers, which is great given its sub-$100 US price.

Conclusion - Waterblock Looks On A Closed-Loop AIO
Kingcool's Pure Flow 360mm AIO offers very good performance without producing a lot of noise. The pump, despite running at speeds of up to 4500 RPM, retains silent operation, matching some 360 AIOs that cost over $100 US while being priced at $90 US (Microcenter), making it a fantastic option for PC builds. The other plus sides of the AIO include its waterblock-like design, an ARGB-lit theme on the fans and pump, and the choice to select between white and black colors.
Things I liked about the Kingcool Pure Flow 360 AIO Cooler:
- Great cooling performance
- Low Noise output
- Pre-Installed fans onthe Radiator
- Aesthetics and the waterblock design look unique
- Comes with a 6-year warranty
- Both Intel and AMD CPUs support
Things that can be improved:
- Cable clutter
- The external pump might look weird inside the case
