One-Netbook Unveils "High-End" ONEXFLY F1 Pro OLED Handheld, Featuring AMD's Hawk/Strix Point APUs 1

One-Netbook has unveiled its newest OLED handheld, the ONEXFLY F1 Pro, featuring AMD's Strix Point & Hawk Point APUs.

ONEXFLY F1 Pro Becomes One Of The First Handhelds To Utilize An OLED Screen, Providing Optimal Display Quality

The handheld markets have seen a bit of a cooldown when it comes to new releases, given that manufacturers are currently in pursuit of integrating new architectures, such as Intel's Lunar Lake, into their product lineups. Now, One-Netbook has revealed their latest "ONEXFLY F1 Pro" gaming handheld device, primarily focusing on providing hardcore performance through the onboard AMD architecture, along with one of the more elegant displays in the segment due to the use of an OLED panel for top-notch quality.

Diving into the specifications of the new handheld, the ONEXFLY F1 Pro features three different options when it comes to the onboard SoC, such as AMD's "Hawk Point" Ryzen 7 8840U, along with "Strix Point" Ryzen 9 AI 365 and Ryzen 9 AI HX 370, which shows that this particular device is targeted towards high-end gaming workloads, and with the APU options available, consumers wouldn't need to worry much about the performance they will get out of the ONEXFLY F1 Pro.

The more intriguing factor about this device, apart from handheld performance, is the use of a 7-inch 144Hz OLED panel with narrow bezels in a compact device, which isn't too much of a trend in this segment, given the associated costs. Companies like ASUS and MSI are still using proprietary LCD technology for their flagship devices; hence, the use of an OLED panel in the ONEXFLY F1 Pro is indeed a distinctive factor, one that might fuel further adoption of the device among consumers.

Since One-Netbook has rather "teased" the device for now, we are unaware of other details, such as memory/storage configurations, pricing, and release dates. However, ONEXFLY F1 Pro clearly shows us that the handheld segment is witnessing innovation in all aspects, whether it is in terms of raw performance, display quality, or even competitive pricing.
