MSI has churned out a new GTX 680 variant with 4GB of memory better known as the GeForce GTX 680 Twin Frozr graphics card (Model: N680GTX Twin Frozr 4GD5).
Besides the increased memory size, the card will be available in two variants with clock speeds of 1006/1058 MHz core/GPU Boost and OC (1058/1124 MHz core/GPU Boost). The memory itself is clocked at 6008 MHz (GDDR5 effective) on both the variants.
The PCB on the other hand is non-reference with two 6 pin PCI-E power connectors for power coupled with MSI’s award winning Twin Frozr III GPU cooling solution. Pricing is expected to be 20% higher than the current TFIII variants shipping with 2GB of memory.
