Morefine, a company widely known for its Mini PC lineup, has unveiled the M600 Mini PC featuring the AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS APU with an impressive price tag.

Morefine M600 Mini PC Gets More Affordable With AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS APU Option

The Morefine M600 Mini-PC is powered by the AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS Phoenix APU with RDNA 3 integrated graphics. Diving into the specifications, the APU comes with an 8-core and 16 threads configuration based on Zen 4 architecture. The processor packs excellent performance and is slightly below the flagship Ryzen 9 7940HS. Moreover, the integrated GPU, Radeon 780M, features 12 Computing Units (CU) and a 2.7 GHz clock speed, which provides decent performance in several titles. Overall, this chip should offer 90-95% of the performance of the 7940HS chip which is great given its lower price tag.

When it comes to a Mini-PC, having a great set of connectivity options is always a plus. Similarly, the Morefine M600 features several ports, having two USB 3.2 Type-A ports and one USB4 Type-C. Moreover, it has four more USB ports at the back, hence you will get the option to connect several devices to the Mini-PC without compromising on performance. You also get two 2.5 GbE LAN ports which is impressive.

Moving on to memory options, the M600 supports DDR5 memory with up to two SODIMM slots rated at 5600 MT/s. The Mini-PC doesn't lack storage options either, as there is support for two M.2 2280 PCIe SSDs and a 2.5-inch disk drive, making the device expandable to a much greater extent than its competitors.

With such high specs onboard, overheating issues are evident however, Morefine has catered to this by creating a practical design. The 149x145x5 mm chassis of the M600 Mini PC comes with various cutouts to allow heat dissipation. Furthermore, a single fan is connected to two copper heat pipes to enhance thermal conductivity. According to the disclosed metrics by the company, the M600 doesn't surpass the 70°C mark at high loads, which is impressive.

At 65W TDP, the M600 indeed delivers high performance without any tradeoffs. The Mini-PC is currently available for $549 at the official website. The AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS variant is available slightly higher at $619 US.
