Before we forget, Apple introduced an M4 Pro version of the Mac mini, just in case the 10-core CPU and 10-core GPU were not providing sufficient performance juice for you, but that would mean you would have to pay a premium for it, right? Wrong, because this version, coupled with 24GB unified RAM and 512GB storage, is available at a $50 discount, totaling $1,349.
We have all criticized Apple in the past for making expensive computers, and while the technology giant has not thrown out its bad habit of charging a hefty premium for storage and RAM upgrades, the M4 Mac mini is a pristine example of how the company can make capable and compact computers without charging an arm and a leg.
