M3 iPad Pro Lineup With OLED Upgrades Rumored To Launch On March 26

M3 iPad Pro launching on March 26

Apple just got finished launching its 13-inch and 15-inch M3 MacBook Air, and according to the latest rumor, the company is now gearing up to launch its new M3 iPad Pro range, which will be the first tablets in the entire lineup to transition from mini-LED to OLED technology. We might get to see the 11-inch and 12.9-inch versions soon, as the latest information claims that the unveiling will happen on March 26.

Launch date may have been interpreted based on various Amazon listings that will arrive for the M3 iPad Pro

There is insufficient evidence that Apple’s M3 iPad Pro models will launch on March 26, but the Chinese technology publication ITHome provided the date, with the information spotted by MacRumors. However, the date is not based on some tip received by the publication but rather an estimation based on when several Amazon listings for the iPad Pro’s third-party protective cases are expected to go live. In short, we can conclude that the launch date is more of a hunch rather than stumbling upon concrete information, which is why we have little choice but to treat this rumor with a pinch of salt.

Like Apple’s M3 MacBook Air, the M3 iPad Pro will likely not be unveiled through a dedicated event but is expected to go through a conservative launch in the form of a press release. This is because the only thing worth talking about the new 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro models is the new M3 chip, which we have already seen in action in Apple’s MacBook Pro family that was released in October of last year, followed by the MacBook Air range earlier this month.

However, those OLED panels will serve a broader interest, especially because this technology will debut on these tablets for the first time. Other changes, such as a thinner chassis, thanks to the use of OLED, are expected, along with MagSafe wireless charging, a redesigned camera bump, and more. We may also see Apple unveil an entirely new Magic Keyboard accessory sporting a bigger trackpad and aluminum deck to provide a look and feel that is similar to a MacBook keyboard to improve daily use and productivity for new iPad Pro owners.
