CI Games has recently discussed Lords of the Fallen 2 again during the company's latest investor brief on the 2025-28 strategy. We already knew the game would be an Epic Games Store exclusive on PC, and CI Games confirmed it is getting a 'major investment' from Epic. Furthermore, CI Games shared some of the high-level improvements that fans can expect from the sequel.

  • Next major instalment in LOTF franchise, built on UE5
  • Major investment from Epic for PC exclusivity Increased appeal and accessibility to both existing and wider audiences
  • Gameplay improvements; increased game mode optionality, more commercial art style and narrative, elevated production values
  • Full 'shared-progression' co-op alongside core single player campaign

While Lords of the Fallen 2 is the closest title in the CI Games lineup with its projected 2026 release window, the Polish company is also working on two more games: a new entry in the Sniper Ghost Warrior franchise and an action RPG based on a new intellectual property.
