LG's hyped-up "Dual-Mode" UltraGear OLED gaming monitors have finally hit retail, as the firm lists the 32-inch model at a price point of $1399 US.

LG Debuts The OLED Segment With A "Dual Mode" Panel Type, Catering To Every Type of Consumer

LG had previously announced two new exciting UltraGear OLED gaming monitors that came equipped with the "distinctive" dual-mode display feature to expand the use-case of such gaming monitors aiming at the competitive eSports and high-fidelity segment. While the planned 39-inch model hasn't been listed yet, LG's 32GS95UE has officially debuted on the firm's website, showing that "Dual Mode" panels by LG will be a thing going into the future.

Moving on to the monitor's specifications, the LG UltraGear OLED 32GS95UE comes with a 32-inch UHD OLED panel featuring a blazing-fast refresh rate and resolution configuration.

Expanding on what Dual Mode is, it is the ability to switch different display settings based on user preferences from a 4K 240Hz configuration for those who want to experience high-quality content consumption. The monitor also comes with a 1080p 480Hz setting for hardcore gamers, ensuring that the users get the best of both worlds without diving into separate displays for different use cases.

The monitor also features VESA DisplayHDR TrueBlack 400 certification and 98.5% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. Apart from this, the 32GS95UE will also feature the industry's first "Pixel Sound Technology," a mechanism to generate sound directly through the vibrating film element of the OLED display. This is aimed at making sound output much more centric to the user, providing a much better experience compared to what we see with traditional speaker placements in monitors.

Regarding pricing, the LG UltraGear 32GS95UE OLED is retailing for US $1,399, which is indeed on the higher side considering the counterparts in this segment, but since the Dual Mode is a newer standard, you can expect it to be inflated at this point.
