Kojima Gives a Sneak Peek of the Phantom Pain E3 Trailer, English Trailer to Soon Follow
The Phantom Pain is without a doubt the single most anticipated game that Konami fans are going to be waiting enthusiastically for, while the strategy for marketing the game has become a first for Konami by selling the prequel with the game still a couple of years from release, we can take a look first look at what to expect at this years E3 as Hideo Kojima gives us a first look at the E3 trailer for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.
Every Metal Gear Solid fan has been eagerly awaiting the return of the main title series to make a come back, while we saw Raiden take a stab at his Revengeance last year, that was more of a canon game than anything else. The Phantom Pain will make us follow the story line of BIg Boss himself and be the bridge that will help in making the story of Metal Gear Solid crystal clear. If any of the speculated story lines are to be believed, this could be the game where we see the rise of the 3 famous clones from Big Boss's DNA; Solid Snake, Liquid Snake and Solidus, but lets see what lies in wait for us.
Here is the livestream for you to follow, screen grabs and trailer will be uploaded once the show has concluded:
As a huge fan of the Metal Gear Solid series, I am glad that The Phantom Pain is taking this long to develop and hopefully will help solve a lot of questions that are still unanswered such as the origins of the clones, how Big Boss fell from grace and all the other mysterious events that have been shown time and again such as the flaming unicorn, Ocelot helping Big Boss and other mysterious goodies hidden in the trailers that have come to pass. More importantly, fans will finally be able to find out what truly happened after the jaw dropping ending of Ground Zeroes.
Here are a few screen grabs as well as a new game play trailer that shows Naked Snake carrying out some OG Box Stealth Action in a new Section of Phantom Pain.

The Phantom Pain is easily a game that will be a huge buzz word at this years E3, Konami does have a good track record of helping in creating hype for this game especially when they first revealed this game as Moby Dick Studios, from then on the game has only gotten better and Ground Zeroes has set up a huge pace for Phantom Pain. While this was only a GLIMPSE of The Phantom Pain E3 Trailer, you should also be warned that the full trailer could be unsettling for a few people, almost as unsettling as the E3 '13 Red Band trailer which really had a lot of dark images attached to it.
What do you think of the trailer? Are you glad that Kojima has kept us waiting?
