The Arc Alchemist GPUs are coming to an end, but there are still a few SKUs that will continue to sell after the discontinued ones.

Intel Announces EOL for A750, A770, and Several Mobile Arc Alchemist GPUs; Notifies About the Discontinuation Date for the GPUs

The Arc Alchemist GPUs haven't turned three yet, and it looks like they won't see a full 3-year lifespan, as Intel has announced the End of Life of many of these GPUs. The Alchemist lineup, which was released in October 2022, is about to be discontinued as per the latest Product Change Notifications released on Intel's website.

As spotted by @momomo_us, both the fastest Alchemist dGPUs, Arc A750 and Arc A770, are going to be discontinued this year. The A750 will be discontinued before other SKUs on 27th June 2025, as its last order date, while the shipment will be discontinued on 26th September. There is another PCN related to the Arc A750, which states these dates as 30th June and 30th September, respectively.

As for the Arc A770, the GPU will reportedly be discontinued on 18th November and will have its last shipment date on 20th May 2026. Therefore, the AIBs only have a couple of months to place orders for the A770 in "bulk" but can sell the GPUs for almost the first half of 2026. Alongside the A770, there are multiple mobile Arc Alchemist GPUs that will be discontinued as well.

These include the A530M, A350M, A730M, A770M, A570M, and A370M. At the moment, only the Arc A380 and A580 are left without an official EOL, but it's likely that they will be discontinued soon, as the Battlemage lineup has already entered the market. The Arc Alchemist GPUs are hardly available in the market, and even though they haven't been discontinued yet, they have informally reached their EOL already.

Intel's Arc Alchemist remains one of the company's first attempts to tackle AMD and NVIDIA in the discrete GPU market. While it didn't succeed as expected, Intel is continuing its journey to develop newer and more powerful discrete GPUs for gamers. Unfortunately, the Battlemage lineup didn't impress the market as well, but hopefully, with the Xe3-based Celestial GPUs, Intel may finally offer a more compelling option.
