Three SKUs from the upcoming Arrow Lake-H mobile lineup were tested on Geekbench, revealing their single- and multicore performance and specifications.
Specifications and Performance of Upcoming Intel Core Ultra 200H SKUs Leaked on Geekbench
A few of the SKUs from the Core Ultra 200H lineup were spotted on Geekbench recently. Each SKU belongs to a different tier, and we have a total of three chips belonging to the Core Ultra 5, Core Ultra 7, and Core Ultra 9 subseries. These processors are the Arrow Lake chips but different from the high-performance Core Ultra 200HX family, which will go against AMD's flagship Strix Point and Strix Halo CPUs.

The first is the Core Ultra 5 225H, which scored 2665 points in single and 14526 points in multicore Geekbench 6 tests. For comparison, it is on par with the Core Ultra 5 225F desktop processor but is 10% faster in the multi-threaded test. This is because the 225H brings four more cores in total than the 225F, even though efficient cores make the most of it.
The specs show two clusters of 4-Performance and 10-Efficient cores and a clock of 1.70 GHz base and 4.9 GHz boost frequencies. The L3 cache is 18 MB, and, as per the recent leaks, the Core Ultra 5 225H should bring up to 5.0 GHz of Turbo P-core and 4.3 GHz of Turbo E-core frequencies. The iGPU will also be present with 7 Xe-LPG cores running at 2.0 GHz.

The next is the Core Ultra 7 255H, which is a powerful mid-range chip with 16 cores through a configuration of 6 Performance + 10 Efficient cores. It will feature a base clock of 2.0 GHz and up to 5.1 GHz boost clock. Once again, this is identical to the leaked specs and will feature 24 MB of L3 cache and 8 Xe-LPG cores for its GPU clocked at 2.25 GHz.
Performance-wise, it's a bit slower than the desktop Core Ultra 7 265 as it should be, and is also slower in multi-threaded performance (single: 2880, multi: 15815). You should still take these numbers with a grain of salt and Geekbench scores can vary from test to test drastically. However, the third SKU i.e., Core Ultra 9 285H, looks quite strong in both single and multi-threaded tests, delivering 3104 points and 18006 points respectively.

It boasts a 16-core configuration as well, which is identical to the Core Ultra 7 255H, but the clocks are much higher at 3.69 GHz base and 5.4 GHz P-Core boost. The L3 cache remains the same at 24 MB, and, as per the leaks, the 285H should bring up to 4.5 GHz of Turbo E-core clock and an 8 Xe core-based iGPU clocked at 235 GHz. Unlike all the other SKUs in the Core Ultra 200H lineup, the Core Ultra 9 285H is the only one rated at 45W, while the rest of the chips run at 28W.
