Intel Arc 140T, an iGPU that is presumably based on the new Xe-LPG+ architecture, has been benchmarked in GFXBench.

Intel Arc 140T iGPU Benchmarked Against Arc 140V, Possibly An Xe-LPG+ "Alchemist Refresh" Variant

Intel's current fastest iGPU are present on the Intel Lunar Lake SoCs also known as Core Ultra 200V. These chips feature Xe2-based iGPUs: Arc 130V and Arc 140V, which are able to play games at 1080p without any dedicated GPUs.

However, Intel is going to equip the Arrow Lake chips with the Xe-LPG+ architecture which is an upgraded variant of the original Xe-LPG "Alchemist" architecture featured on Meteor Lake CPUs.

The Intel Xe-LPG+ GPU: Arc 140T was recently spotted on GFX Bench, where it was benchmarked in various tests.

Compared to the Arc 140V, it scored significantly higher in various tests, which you should take with a grain of salt since GFX Bench isn't the best source for comparing the performance of two GPUs.

The Intel Core Ultra 200H CPUs will boast 8 Xe Cores on most models & 7 Xe Cores on the slowest model as far as the new leak for the SKUs go. The specifications mention that the Arc 140T brings 16 GB of dedicated video memory from the system and the clock speed mentioned in the specs page is 2250 MHz.

This means that the chip tested is either the Intel Core Ultra 5 255H or the Core Ultra 5 235H. There are more powerful SKUs than these two, namely the Core Ultra 7 265H and Core Ultra 9 285H, which will boast the same Arc 140T GPU but with higher clock speeds. The Arc 140T will be based on the Alchemist Refresh architecture and will have XMX support.

The Intel Core Ultra 200H will arrive in Q1 2025 and we will likely see the high-performance Core Ultra 200HX chips launch at the same time, which will boast significantly higher core configuration than the 200H.
