The move might have resulted from criticism over data portability. Now, it has come to your doorstep, allowing you to download any sort of content you have shared or posted on the platform.
“We are building a new data portability tool,” a spokesperson acknowledged in an interview with TechCrunch. “You’ll soon be able to download a copy of what you’ve shared on Instagram, including your photos, videos, and messages.”
