LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is a LEGO take on the gameplay formula seen in Batman: Arkham Knight, alternating open-world exploration with closed-off linear missions with distinct gimmicks. However, the two parts of the experience are tied together by the presence of a huge amount of collectibles, which, in the case of the linear missions, can be missed.
Don't fret if you missed a part of a Batcave Trophy or a Red Brick your first time through a stage, as it is possible to replay missions at any time after completing them for the first time.

How to Replay Story Missions
To revisit any completed level, you must return to the Batcave and interact with the Batcomputer. From it, you can access your past investigations and play through any mission you have already completed.
Using the Case Log for Clean-Up
Replaying missions via the Batcomputer's Case Log is incredibly user-friendly. Instead of forcing you to go through the entire mission not knowing where exactly the missed collectibles are, the menu splits each mission into distinct segments.
Each individual section displays its own unique completion percentage. This makes it incredibly easy to pinpoint exactly where your missed collectibles are located, saving you plenty of time.
The Best Time to Replay Missions
While you might be tempted to jump right back into a level the moment you miss a trophy, you will have a much better time if you hold off temporarily.
You should wait until you unlock the Collectible Detective skill in the Exploration skill tree. This skill adds a proximity indicator above the Focus bar that alerts you whenever a collectible is nearby.
As the skill tree cannot be accessed fully at the very beginning of the game, only opening up as you complete story quests, it makes the most sense to progress through the campaign first. Once you have acquired this skill, you can circle back to the Batcomputer and clean up the remaining secrets with ease.
