Square Enix took to their Final Fantasy XV Twitter account to announce that a new persistent online adventure is coming to mobile and PC in 2016.

Final Fantasy Type-0 is getting it's own MMO in Japan, might be coming to the West too.
The new mobile MMO is being heralded as an update, or an evolution as they succinctly put it, of the highly successful Final Fantasy Agito project, which was eventually going to make it to the PS Vita, and also to the West, though never did.
This evolution will be set inside the world of Orience, which is being touted as a parallel world to that of the one inside of Final Fantasy Type-0. The Action RPG elements will remain, however.
The trailer below shows off some of how the multiplayer action will work, which will also hopefully be a cross-platform capable game.
