Today, leaker billbil-kun revealed that EA Sports WRC, the first official rally game to be developed by Codemasters since EA Sports acquired the license, will be released on November 3rd.

Billbil-kun previously pointed to a late July launch which, however, did not materialize. His leaks are generally on point, though, so the developer likely needed more time to polish the game.

In the new report, the renowned leaker said EA Sports WRC will be released in a Standard Edition and in a Champions Edition that includes Seasons 1 to 5. This edition of the game will enable a three-day early access, although that will also be available via the EA Play subscription (which, however, is limited to a 10-hour trial).

Interestingly, the pricing is lower than expected. The PC version is reportedly going to cost $49.99 in the United States, €49.99 in Europe, and £44.99 in the United Kingdom. The leak didn't include any info on the console pricing, which is likely to be at least $10 higher.

According to billbil-kun, the key art of EA Sports WRC will feature the Ford Puma Rally1 M-Sport on a snowy Swedish track. Given the relatively imminent launch, we can expect Electronic Arts to officially unveil the game in the coming weeks.

One thing is for sure: racing games will be busy between the September 14th launch of The Crew: Motorfest, the October 10th debut of Forza Motorsport, and EA Sports WRC coming shortly afterward.
