Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, the action role-playing game based on the popular series by Akira Toriyama, will be expanded later this year with yet another DLC pack allowing players to play through a classic story arc.

The game's next DLC will be the Chaos at the World Tournament DLC, which will see Goku and his friends participate in the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai to stop Majunior on his path to world domination. A few new screenshots have also been released, and you can check them out below. A release window for the expansion has yet to be confirmed.

The Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Chaos at the World Tournament DLC is the second DLC expansion of the game's Season 2, which also includes the Alone Against Fate expansion that allows players to experience the story of Goku's father Bardock and his fight against the powerful Frieza.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is now available on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. You can learn more about the game developed by CyberConnect 2 by checking out our review.

The Dragon Ball fan in me loves Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, but the game fan in me was getting tired very fast. Those cool setpieces and cutscenes kept me playing the game to see more, but too much in between those moments to spoil things. It becomes overlong, tedious, and repetitive. But simultaneously, it is wonderful for fans. I wouldn't torment myself by forcing through to 100% completion, but many other fans like me will feel compelled to at least finish the main story.
