You Can Now Download iOS 11.2.2 for iPhone & iPad. Includes Security Fixes
Apple has just released the iOS 11.2.2 security update for everyone with a 64-bit device at hand. This update fixes the Spectre bug which was reported on a few days back. Needless to say, this is an important update and everyone should download and install it right now without giving it a second thought at all.
Here's the changelog.
Download iOS 11.2.2 Over the Air.
Weighing in at just 75MB, this is a small update and you should install it over the air right away like any other iOS update. In order to do so, simply connect your device to a WiFi network and a charger. Once done, navigate to Settings > General > Software Update. Tap on Download and Install as the update shows up. Your device will reboot in order to complete installation, so that Facebook session has to wait for a while.
Download iOS 11.2.2 IPSW File
